1. Always place your baby on his or her back to sleep. 2. Infants should sleep on a firm flat mattress. 3. Do not place soft, fluffy bedding or pillows or stuffed toys in the baby's sleep area. 4. Do not cover the baby's head and face during sleep. 5. Do not smoke around your baby or in your baby's home or car environment. 6. Educate Grandparents and babysitters about these recommendations. |
