Dosing should be based on child's current weight. Do not guess your child's weight. We will be happy to check your child's weight for you, just call our office. We also encourage all of our parents to have a syringe on hand to measure cc or mL for accurate dosing.

Acetaminophen Infant Drops:
Less than 12 pounds - contact our office before use
12-17 pounds - 1 dropper
18-23 pounds - 1 1/2 dropppers
24-35 pounds - 2 droppers
36-47 pounds - 3 droppers
Acetaminophen Children's Elixir/Syrup:
Less than 12 pounds - contact our office before use
12-17 pounds - 2.5cc
18-23 pounds - 3.75cc
24-35 pounds - 5cc
36-47 pounds - 7.5cc
48-59 pounds - 10cc
60-71 pounds - 12.5cc
72-95 pounds - 15cc
