Sarah J. Chleborowicz, FNP

Sarah was born and raised in Mt. Olive, NC. Sarah and her husband moved to Morehead City after their marriage and are thrilled  to be settling in her husband's "home town". She is and experienced nurse and brings a broad range of experience to our pracice. She received her BSN from East Carolina University, Greenville in 1995. She completed her MSN, FNP from The University of North Carolina, Wilmington in 2008. Sarah has worked at Wayne Memorial, New Hanover Regional Medical Center and just prior to joining us as a FNP at Wilmington Health Access for Teens in Wilmington, NC where she practiced acute and chronic care services for youth and mental health medical manangement.
