We are pleased to offer mental health services in our practice.
We are a Patient Centered Medical Home (PCMH) practice and have coordinated a fantastic, working team of providers and clinical nurses who are focused on the "Whole Person" including mental, emotional and physical health. The mental health providers are part of the Advanced Care Team and work alongside the primary care providers and care coordinators to provide quality individualized mental health care. It is required for your child to have a yearly well exam with their primary care provider. This is a crucial component of your child's mental health care and we count on you to schedule and keep those appointments.
